We've received numerous awards, but what do they all mean?
If you are looking for an acrylic bath system solution, make sure to go with the product that has earned the Good Housekeeping Seal. Products can only earn the Good Housekeeping Seal after an evaluation by the experts at the Good Housekeeping Research Institute and we’re thrilled that our Bath Planet products have earned this distinction.

The GuildQuality Guildmaster Awards celebrate service excellence among home builders, remodelers, developers, property managers, home services contractors, and real estate professionals. The awards are open to all Guildmembers who apply. GuildQuality begins accepting applications in October, and announces the award winners on or about May 1 of the following year.
In granting awards, GuildQuality considers two primary metrics for each candidate: the percentage of customers who would recommend and the percentage of customers who responded. Incorporating a high response rate into the calculation enables us to confidently recognize top performing companies, however, in many cases, some companies will receive very high customer satisfaction scores but may not qualify because too few customers responded to a survey.
Ever drive down the street and see a bumper sticker that says “Angie’s List Super Service Award” and ask yourself: “What the heck is a Super Service Award?”
Every year, Angie’s List gives the SSA to the top A-rated companies in their category, within their market. Angie’s List may give the award, but you determine the winners based on your reviews. Your reviews let us know which companies provide excellent service, and a company must have a minimum number of reviews to qualify.
When you search for companies on Angie’s List, you can spot the award by looking for small golden stars next to businesses’ names. Then when you open a business listing, a SSA logo sits on the company’s profile.
If you want a say in who wins the 2014 awards, make your voice heard by logging onto Angie’s List and submitting reviews. Were you amazed by the 14-hour days your remodeler was on the job site, did a contractor show your kids how to paint or did another type of provider go above and beyond? Share those details and the company may just get an extra pat on the back from Angie’s List.
